Sectors
Shipbuilding Industry
We specialize in the research and development of advanced manufacturing solutions for the marine industry. These materials are designed to improve the productivity, performance, durability, and efficiency of vessels, while withstanding the extreme conditions of the marine environment. Our mission is to drive the cutting-edge marine industry forward, helping to reduce maintenance and operating costs while offering more sustainable and cost-effective solutions for the marine industry. We utilize state-of-the-art machinery, such as the CEAD (AM Flexbots Cell model), for large-format printing.
Aeronautics & Space
We are dedicated to the research and development of advanced manufacturing solutions that are essential to the aerospace industry. We work closely with leading companies in the sector to optimize the production of aerospace components, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. In addition, we promote technology transfer through strategic partnerships with universities and research centers. We have state-of-the-art machines, such as the Stratasys (F900) for producing jigs and fixtures, and the Markforged (Metal X) for printing tooling.
Biomedical Sector
We are engaged in the research and development of advanced manufacturing solutions for the biomedical sector. These materials are designed to meet the high standards of biocompatibility and safety that are essential for the development of implants and medical devices. Our goal is to improve the efficiency and precision of these products, contributing to greater well-being and quality of life for patients. In addition, we seek to extend the durability of biomedical devices, reducing the risk of failure and optimizing their long-term performance. We have state-of-the-art machines such as the EOS SLS 770, which is suitable for biocompatible applications; the HPJET Fusion 5200, which uses polymers to create surgical models or casts (provided they have a biocompatibility certificate) or can produce parts with low moisture absorption; STRATASYS (F900), for surgical models; and MARKFORGED (METAL X), which can be used in medical applications (maxillofacial prostheses, screws, titanium cranioplasty), provided that the metal used is certified for this purpose.
Construction and Infrastructure
We are engaged in the research and development of advanced manufacturing solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors. These materials are designed to improve the durability, strength, and sustainability of structures, adapt to extreme conditions, and extend the service life of buildings and infrastructure. In addition, our focus on innovation helps reduce maintenance and repair costs, offering more efficient and cost-effective solutions for the construction sector.
Automotive
We focus on the research and development of innovative composite materials for the automotive industry. These materials are designed to be lighter and stronger, which improves fuel efficiency and significantly reduces pollutant emissions. Our goal is to contribute to both environmental sustainability and the competitiveness of vehicle manufacturers by offering solutions that also benefit consumers by optimizing vehicle performance and safety. We use state-of-the-art machines such as the HPJET Fusion 5200 for producing parts with low moisture absorption; the Stratasys (F900), for producing templates, accessories, and parts; the CEAD printer (AM Flexbots Cell), our most innovative printer, as it is the only one capable of large-scale printing—that is, producing large parts in a single print; and the Meltio Robot Cell, capable of repairing parts.
Renewable Energy
We are engaged in the research and development of advanced manufacturing solutions that improve the efficiency and sustainability of renewable energy. Our goal is to drive the advancement of technologies that harness clean energy sources, helping to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Through innovative solutions, we seek to contribute to the development of a more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy future.
